Files land on your own computer or server. Content passes through a temporary Moat8 delivery buffer; connection credentials and a file index are retained. Access to your tools is read-only, and nothing is written back. Your chosen AI provider processes data separately.

Who can see what?
You choose who can access the archive on your computer or server. Source-tool permissions do not automatically carry over to the files; access is agreed during setup.
